Sauer was great in helping me figure out if there were any long-term issues with my septic system. The tech, Louis, explained everything in detail in a way I could understand it. He did not try to sell me any other work, such as tearing up my yard and replacing the drain field. Instead, he said just wait and see what happens the next time you need to drain it again. Very good to do the minimum necessary, yet still provided options.

I had 3 contractors show up, and he was the only one to suggest running the new drain field from the front to the rear rather than digging up the old field, tearing up tree roots, and hauling everything away. Saved me over a $1,000 and possibly my oak tree. He had to take down a fence, then put everything back and leveled the area when finished. Very satisfied!!
